keep track of which radiolog lines have been clicked / processed, for use when restoring #13
Description
Several restarts of plans console were required to recover from various network interruptions. Related to #9.
Keeping track of which radiolog lines have been processed (gray vs yellow), probably in a separate file, could be used during restore to show the same gray vs yellow state of all lines. The file would only need to contain the exact ms timestamps (should be a safe assumption that these are unique) and gray/yellow state.
