Update/Upsert does not update array in collection

When I insert datas in collection for exemple :
"datas": [
{"id": 1}
],
And then when I make an upsert or update with others datas in array for example :
"datas": [
{"id": 1},
{"id": 2},
{"id": 3}
],
my collection keep only the first datas from the insertion.

Could you help me?
