Loading talks and speakers takes too much time

Home -> Speakers takes 5 secondes on my Samsung A5
Home -> Talks takes 4 secondes

We could reduce that time by starting a pre-loading (PR coming).

In fact, there is still a lot of improvement here. On my samsung A5, users loading takes around 1440 ms. The users files contains too much lines (41k for 2k users). It should be optimized.
