Please include support for Windows 10 higher than Anniversary Update #23

Description

@jdraggy

Most apps like Paint and Notepad are designed for Windows 11.
You can see I installed it on the Windows 10. Here's why:

The Install is grayed out, which tells people that this is installed. It states that Windows 10 (version 19041.0 or higher) can run this.
This is my version of Windows:

C:\Users\BoBin>ver

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19045.6396]

However, there's only the "For developers" option, not "Advanced".

If it wasn't for the compatibility, it's for misleading. Windows 10 users might have installed this, and they found out that it does nothing.
So, please add an option for this.
There are many existing Windows 10 users who want to test it out. Windows 10 is deprecated, but it's not deprecated.

Thanks for reading my issue and plan to add this feature. 😀
