What happened to the Issue from the original DevHome repository? Magically fixed?

I guess this provides a clean slate while forgetting about the over 600 issues in the original DevHome repo?
What happened to issues like these: https://github.com/microsoft/devhome/issues/1903? Out of sight out of mind? Is that the idea?
