Disclaimer regarding Compatibility #17

It would've been nice, if there were a disclaimer about probable system incompatibility. I recently installed a new Windows 11 instance, which I wasn't used to. I was falsely under the impression, I would need to add this product, to be able to use Dev drive.

Long story short, this installation soft-broke my Windows 11 installation. My C:\ based drive apparently showed up as broken to the OS, as it wanted to be checked on each and every boot. Each time, the check would've liked to start, the BSOD Error KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (139) was issued.

Uninstalling this product, purging the VHDX and then re-enabling it within the then active "For Developers" section made everything work again.

It would be great, if there were more information on compatibility beyond just needing Dev/Insiders enabled.
