i686-pc-windows-gnu experiences problems compiling tuggy.

Register this target with the default exclusion pattern.

Unknown if there is some poor interaction with serde related crates, or perhaps these targets were freshly made available for the first time in Rust 1.92.0, or perhaps the cross images broke somehow.

These targets may indeed be specific to serde or other crates used by tuggy. Keeping enabled by default.

Note that Rust and Windows and various Linux distributions and everyone has been dropping support for 32 bit targets.

Perhaps the GNU target has not received much maintenance lately, breaking compatibility with modern Rust versions.

However, i586-unknown-windows-gnu is working now.

Perhaps some cross target(s) are randomly malfunctioning lately. Perhaps Docker is malfunctioning. Been pruning Docker. Host RAM stable. Host disk capacity stable.

tinyrick also impacted. Unless cargo managed to pull in some transitive dependency breakages, then the root cause is likely Rust 1.92.
