Example code for receipt / log verification

Am trying to put together a collection of example code which shows how receipt and block header validation can be performed, to be used as a helpful reference.

Ok great idea!

Note: that in this repo I am just trying to validate that a block has been mined/sealed by an approved validator, as opposed to make a claim against some state of a block...
