ERROR: No matching distribution found for deepexplain (unavailable)

Hi, I can't find the matching distribution for deepexplain by using (pip install -e git+https://github.com/marcoancona/DeepExplain.git#egg=deepexplain) and manually also. Please can you guide me on how to find the distribution?
