Full backup at once

Hello!

Please create a way to backup all logbooks/stations to one or more ADIF files. It seems as if only the current logbook is included in the backup.

I have now added the tools in backup that each user can access to download their logbooks, locations and associated QSOs

It should work as expected but let me know if theres any bugs. its in the dev branch
