Basic undo and redo in text inputs

Undo: ⌘ Cmd+Z on macOS and ⌃ Ctrl+Z elsewhere
Redo: ⌘ Cmd+⇧ Shift+Z on macOS and ⌃ Ctrl+⇧ Shift+Z elsewhere. ⌃ Ctrl+Y on Windows as an alias?

I agree, it would be helpful to get a basic version of this implemented, even if it doesn't do everything we want right away.
