[Label] Edit a label

## Specs

This issue consists to allow user to edit a label.
When user clicks on three-dot menu (…) in the left menu, user can edit label. This issue consists to add only ‘Edit’ action in this three-dot menu.
When user clicks on edit menu, 

We display edit modal (same than create modal but pre-filled)
