Support search on header value

We would add an Operator for matching the value of a Header to GetMessageList.

The possible Operators would be "EQ" "NEQ" "GT" "LT" "LTE" "GTE". (EQ being default)

We would also add a "ValueType" indicating if we want to match headers values as "String" or as "Number".

This would be useful for mail classification + spam scores
