Is `doctrine/annotations` still required?

Maybe using attributes instead of annotations could avoid this issue and remove this optional dependency. But I don’t use @QueryCounter so I won’t try to update it.

Error with Symfony ^5.4 and ^6.4:

The annotationReader is not available

Symfony ^7.0 has no issue.

Since their end of lifes are for 2029 and 2027, and we try to keep compatibility with old versions because people often need more time to upgrade, we should be able to remove doctrine/annotations in 2030.

Dropping @QueryCounter completely may allow to remove doctrine/annotations. It looks like this feature is not used much.

Also, contrary to my previous comment, I think that we should drop support of Symfony 5.4 to ease maintenance. Projects that sill use it will be able to use the old versions.
