advanced auto generation of entities and values

Extend the basic auto generation with additional options, this is a non-exhaustive list of ideas:

• select which entity types to create
• generate from existing provider
• create copies of existing entities
• select which building blocks to enable
• generation profiles, e.g. features-only, features + tiles, etc.
• select columns to include in addition to tables
• show and allow to handle issues from analysis, e.g. missing primary keys
• generate maplibre styles
• generate codelists
