Exportable version if installing python not an option (PHP, MySQL)?

I plan on addressing this issue when I have a little more time, but if devs or anyone could compile and make available a version of this tool that could be implemented without having python installed (like for instance, one of those cheap free web hosts that don't let you install anything, probably PHP/MySQL based), I would appreciate it. If not, I will solve this issue when I get some time!

Well... The only way to do this is rewriting all the application :(
But there is some free "web hosts" like Heroku that supports python and various databases!
