Error when uploading transsect files

Hi @kvos,

I am using the Miniforge prompt. The following error is generated when I try to upload any transect file, including your example (NARRA_transects.geojson). Could you please guide me on how to solve this?

geojson_file = os.path.join(os.getcwd(), 'examples', 'Sisal100_transects.geojson')
transects = SDS_tools.transects_from_geojson(geojson_file)

AttributeError: module 'fiona' has no attribute 'path'

it is something to do with your geopandas installation. try to re-install it conda install geopandas

Hi @kvos, thank you so much. It works very well. However, plotting the location of the transects and the mapped shorelines is not working. Should I install something else?

check that the coordinate systems are the same! your transects sould be the same crs as settings['epsg']
