Add OpenType small caps feature

Currently, Petrona, and Montserrat have the support for small caps, so can this typeface should have support for small caps as well? I mean, that said OpenType feature should work not just on Latin letters, currency, and punctuation (obviously), but also for Greek and Cyrillic letters as well (probably).

@kamekku14 I may find the time to add small caps in 2023 but I cannot guarantee anything.
