Public key uncompression issue for secp384r1 #226

Hello,
Uncompression is working fine for p256 curve but when i tried same for p384 its failing. i had adapted the necessary changes from other loops and i am able to verify the p384 signature but public key decompress is failing. original public key is not matching with the computed one.
Please provide your inputs on this.
