Configuring JSON Serializer

Hello,

I'm using this adapter but I'm encountering a bit of an issue.
As it stands right now, it seems like there's no way to modify the default json serializer.

I have a custom Converter that I am unable to use with this library.

A temporary workaround seems to be serializing to a JsonDocument and passing that to inertia, but obviously this is not preferred..

This indeed seems to fix my problem. Being able to pass my own JsonSerializerOptions is great 😄
