FIX Screen overlay freezes

When previewing the evidence file attached to a dispute, the file does not show, and the screen overlay freezes blurring the entire container.

Expected Behavior

1. It should show the attached file.
2. The overlay should only be shown when the image is being shown.

Steps to Reproduce

Environment: test.jur.io

1. Open dispute details
2. Click on the attached evidence file
