Comments in ArbitrationFactory connex calls should be more informative

Expected Behavior

When executing smart contract calls, Sync shows comments. We can make them more informative by adding the following points:

• JUR amount if any
• Purpose of the transaction
• Any other number/address/data point related to the transaction such as percentage

Current Behavior

In ArbitrationFactory calls, all comments say sign contract. So the user is unaware of why this call is for and if it will transfer any/how much JUR.

Possible Solution

Go through all the calls made to blockchain and note them. Produce a better copy for each of those comments.

1. Go to contacts page
2. Do the complete process of making a contract
3. Do the complete process of opening a dispute (optional)
