Old version available on Platformio

FYI: For some reason it is version 1.0.11 that is available in the Platform.io library manager and not the latest (1.0.13).

I had to manually download and copy this library to the project folder use it.

Does anyone know what the package owner would have to do here? I am guessing it's something on the platformio registry service, rather than a code change.

@jrullan is there any way we can make this easy to keep up to date? Being able to run pio pkg outdated is super valuable. (Maybe there are project contributor(s) who you'd feel comfortable trusting with pio publish permissions?)

Edit: as far as i can see, i think @jrullan just needs to run pio pkg publish --type library on the latest tag (e.g. v1.0.13)
