Create possibility to attach voice memos #25
Description
I should be able to attach an audio file to a note, it should be copied to /assets/audio folder. In the note, it should be displayed using HTML audio tag with file name. create and use voice:// protocol for it. replace image button in FAB to Attach asset button (change icon and name) which would open image upload modal with additional tab for picking voice memo file (ex .m4a). Rename this modal to reflect the fact that it is now used not only for image uploads but for asset uploads
