New "Punky" theme #20
Description
Create new punky theme: each paragraph on the page should have a subtle handle in the right top corner, which I could use to displace it anywhere on the page. Use position: relative and top/left style to position them. Top and left position should be stored in attributes and position should come from css so that this displacement only appear in this theme and not in the others. Text should have white background for better visibility if two or more paragraphs overlap.
I should also have possibility to change element's width
