Different representation of similar constructions

construction 'AS %DataType%' presented differently depending on state head:

1. For variable and field_ref statements '%DataType%' is firstChild and nextSibling for 'AS'
2. For property and parameter statements '%DataType%' is just nextSibling for 'AS'
