Allow easy editing of bookmark files

This should be a good proof of concept for #8 

Ideally, when viewing a list of bookmarks (possibly always with --json, and as well with a new flag --include-path) we'd also get the path of the note.

With this, we would be able to easily program not only launching a web browser to the URL, but editing the note in question
