There is no ./bin/docker_run.sh in this repo.

And as other Issues say: VSCode Dev Container also fails to run. Ruby errors. Haven't changed any of your content (yet), clean clone of your repo.

You might be in the incorrect folder. Are you inside the docker? Look for /srv/jekyll

I cloned the repo. I cd'd Into the directory.. But I can't find where that command is. I included a link to the bin directory so anyone can see what I'm talking about. What do you mean "inside the docker"? This is about trying to get the Docker started.

There is no such file in this repo, and it exists in ICLR'25 blogpost repo. I believe they forget to update the README, or accidently removed the bin/docker_run.sh file.

I am sorry for the confusion, the lower part of the README is from the al-folio template. Please follow the instructions on the ICLR blog post website. Use VSCode's built-in devcontainer support. Once the extension is installed, you should be prompted to reopen the folder within the devcontainer.
