No script for creating interpolated hypersurfaces #875
Description
While the building blocks seem to be in pisa/utils/hypersurface, the fit_hypersurfaces.py script doesn't use them.
Consider whether the bare functionality, which allows someone to create interpolated hypersurfaces on the fly, that is without cluster submission tools, should be a part of PISA.
