SemVer upgrades #8
Description
I'm thinking about taking some features from Composer, and having a json file listing versions as tags/commits to give the possibilities to upgrade packages following Semantic Versioning, with at least some of the basic constraints described there : https://getcomposer.org/doc/articles/versions.md
