1. -h option prompt out very slow (>5s). please check if this step loads any packages that slows down the program.
2. --pool_mz whether to pool mz dimension (major/minor peaks)
--pool_rt whether to pool rt dimension (max pooling size: 4x1)

are these flags or binary logical variable? Please remove 'whether to'
3. add to the instruction manual to guide user to set the PATH environment variable. This avoids changing directory to the directory with DIA tensor
