Possibility of toggling IceCube dependency warning #831
Description
When importing any graphnet class, funcion or utility, the following warning message is triggered:
graphnet [MainProcess] WARNING 2025-09-16 11:04:06 - has_icecube_package - `icecube` not available. Some functionality may be missing.
Despite not being a real issue in terms of making GraphNeT work, if more experiments are added to GraphNeT, I think that these warnings should popped out only when trying to use dependencies belonging to each experiment and are not installed in the environment where GraphNeT is.
As previously said, not a real issue, just a suggestion.
