MODEL: For a CORPUS disable all but TEXT tab

Description

When a corpus is loaded the only MODEL tab that makes sense is TEXT. Disable all other tabs.

Why

So that as a user when I load a CORPUS and try to build a clustering, for example, I do not mistakenly go into CLUSTER, then BUILD and see errors.

Closing Crieria

Checklist for closing the issue:

• All but TEXT are disabled if a CORPUS or TXT file is loaded.
