Inject agent execution path to the Verify scripts

A MCP server tool may manipulate data on current agent execution path. For example knative function mcp server may generate a function source using the create tool in the current location of the agent execution.

With the directory isolation of agent execution introduced by 0606c04d it would be handy to inject the agent execution path location (i.e. with an environment var) to the verify script, so that it can properly evaluate the results.

Some MCP server (running locally) may be designed to manipulate files on a specific directory (i.e: a mcp that performs code generation) so I'm thinking about it would be handy if we could override the default agent path execution by specifying a location where the agent should run (.ie. using an env var or an new flag on eval)
