Creating a new task is slow

I guess creating a new task in the UI synchronously creates a new worktree which can take a few seconds.

Would be nice if I could write my initial prompt while the worktree is created.

@jonashaag task creation should be much faster moving forward once the above PR is reviewed and merged. We're now effectively creating a 'reserve' worktree that can be claimed by a newly created task, thereby saving a couple seconds.

In each task, we're effectively spawning a pseudo terminal and then call the cli agent. Additional optimization that i'll look at is to have the manager of the pseudo terminal not load user profiles / oh-my-zsh etc to have faster spawn times because those only matter for the terminal pane on the bottom right.
