Clean up packages / container repository

Hard to navigate our package repository at https://github.com/orgs/gammasim/packages

Seems we have 140 different packages, which simply reflect different naming / interaction models / optimization settings etc. Figure out a good way to sort this or to better document which one are the value packages.
