Setting / release of sim_telarray, hessio, stdtools versions. #1947
Description
Currently we install all these tools from the 'master' branch on the CTAO gitlab. Need to define versions on the gitlab, and add a mechanism to add the versions to the tools / executables (e.g., that sim_telarray --version prints the right version). This is done via the Makefiles. Requires discussions with Konrad.
Versions to define:
- corsika config
- sim-telarray
- hessio
- stdtools
