Update rotation to geomag orientation after ARRANG field is added to pycorsikaio #1935
Description
The azimuth writing in src/simtools/simtel/simtel_io_event_writer.py is currently with respect to magnetic north when reading CORSIKA IACT files. Requires to wait for a release of pycorsikaio to have ARRANG included.
