(2025-05-26) Windows build missing dll error

Windows error when attempting to run resource_dasm.exe "The code execution cannot proceed because libgcc_s_seh-1.dll was not found"

When trying to put the correct DLLs from msys2 into the same dir I get the error "The procedure entry point "ZNKSt25__codecvt_utf8_utf16_baseIwE10do_unshiftER9_MbstatetPcS3_RS3" could not be found in the DLL "resource_dasm.exe"."

Sorry for the long delay here. The MSYS2 POSIX-like implementation may be incompatible with these releases, though I haven't tested this myself. The release binaries are built using the toolchains from mingw-w64.org; does it work if you use the libraries from there?
