Phosphor plugin doesn't select icon after inserting #531

Describe the bug
In the Phosphor plugin, after you insert an icon by clicking or drag and dropping, it doesn't select the icon. This can make it hard to find the icon because you have to manually search for it.
Expected behavior
The icon should be selected (and zoomed into view if inserted outside of the viewport) after being inserted.

This bug is a remnant from the vector set update last year.
