dayStart / dayEnd in timezone

would calling dayStart on the server (UTC +0) and on the client (UTC +7) results in a different value?

For example 2024-09-01T17:05:00

dayStart in Server (UTC +0): 2024-09-01T00:00:00
dayStart in Client (UTC +7): 2024-09-01T17:00:00 (2024-09-02T00:00:00.000+07:00)

Should there be a 2nd param for the timezone? ie dayStart(date: Date, { tz: TimeZone })
