How's do I add text comment/annotation?

I'm very confused how do i add text connected or annotations exactly?

You have to be in Scroll mode, then select the Edit button and add your annotation (see https://librera.mobi/faq/annotate-highlight-pdf/).
If your annotations disappear right away, please check my issue #1447.

Hi and thank you for responding. But what I meant by annotations is not that handwritten option, but to simply add text and type. I don't know what it's called officially. Not even a comment cause that's usually doesn't show right on the document but rather in a separate comment icon that has to be clicked on to reveal the text added.

I just want to click somewhere on the pdf, and type something, and save it.

There's an annotation option under the books File Info option where you can just type stuff. Is that what you're after?

No... And what a strange feature.
I just want to type ON the pdf pages themselves. Every single pdf editor has that option except this one. Very strange.

Not in app, no. I'd use a metadata editor and add the text there instead of waiting for new features. 🤷
