Add ufl2unicode support for BaseForm and ConstantValue objects

We don't currently support ufl2unicode for BaseForm objects such as Cofunction or Action.

Oh yes, something I was going to report: ufl2unicode also doesn't work on firedrake Constants. This breaks visualising the tape on any model with Constants.
