Micro:bit touch doesn't connect

I have a hex file on the microbit that connects fine for microbit bluetooth (on Mac). However, when I use Micro:bit touch, it doesn't connect.

If we can't fix this easily, we should take out micro:bit touch for now, since it wasn't very useful anyway.

Micro:Bit touch shelved for now. When it's reinstated it should be straightforward to use the other Micro:Bit patches as a guide to make this one work.
