Move test raw file and drs files in folder with FACT's canonical file tree structure

I suggest to have a folder raw/YYYY/MM/DD/ next to the aux/YYYY/MM/DD/ in the resources and i further suggest to move the test raw data and drs files there.

This would be for example useful if you want to add a unit test for the methods from the fact.pedestalSuperposition package and for the XMLs belonging to them, because the processors there look for fits files in the canonical file structure.
