TYPO3 v11 PHP 8.1 support

It would be very nice to use EX:cart and EXT:cart_paypal now and in the future.

This issue is for Support TYPO3 v11.5 with PHP version 8.1.

Currently, work is being done on cart/cart_products. Is cart_paypal also on the agenda?
