Use layouts before type of blocks? 

Hello 

Can I make a configuration, perhaps with a group, for the following:

1st: Insert layout by columns 
- 1 column
- 2 columns
- 3 columns

2nd: Then column the column as the case inserts the type of block for example 
+ title
+ image
+ content
