multiple groups in time course

Hi,

Thank you for creating ChromTime - I'm really enjoying it. I have a time course of H3K27me3 but with two different mouse genotypes (a KO and a WT). Is there any way to run both genotypes at once (i.e. have some sort of consensus peak set)? I need to be able to compare contracting/expanding peaks not only over time but also between genotypes.

Unfortunately, we do not support this type of analysis currently. You can run pairwise comparisons between genotypes from the same time point or two time points for the same genotype.
