It was entirely my fault. I wasn't using the right port number. As soon as I tried 5082 it (apparently) worked---I get a login screen. Thank you for listening! |

I'm an innocent. I understand almost none of this. I've installed many containers with simple compose scripts for things like Jellyfin. I'm trying to do the same with lms on my Synology Nas (DS1821+, running DSM 7.3.2). I've spent two days with an ai (Perplexity) taking me around in circles, trying one thing after another. At the end of each session, it concludes that lms can't ever work on Synology hardware, and that I should install Navidrome instead. I do not want to succumb—but—am I defeated? If it is possible to use lms on my NAS, will someone please tell me how to do it?
