`/blog/*` 's footer is not the same as the main page's footer

What is the issue?

The footer that is in the /blog route is inconsistent with the footer in the / route.
The icons are a different blue, the word GitHub does not have an underline, the footer background colour is darker, and the icon divider is a different is lighter.
